We first noticed Elite Deck and Patio while checking out decks in our neighborhood, and we’re so glad we did. From the start, they stood out as being not only reasonably priced, but also offering a ton of features and upgrades that other companies were charging a premium for. We went with a large, custom-built composite deck with black spindles, and the final result is absolutely stunning. It truly stands out and has completely transformed our backyard. We’ve even caught people stopping to admire it—and a few have gone as far as walking into our yard to take pictures! Beyond the beautiful craftsmanship, their customer service was top-tier from beginning to end. The entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. Richard and Aaron Benjamin, the two brothers who run this company, did a great deck job for us. Right from the start, there was little mystery about what the total cost would be (i.e., within a small range), which helped a lot. The brothers are very good at managing expectations yet over-delivering in all aspects, including timely completion and about not haggling about small issues that may come up during the installation. The suite of available composite deck materials is impressive - Richard and Aaron patiently worked with us with material and color selections. The finished deck looks great with remarkable workmanship. It truly was a pleasure working with the two brothers and their crew - I should add that all the crew members just knew their job well and they were also very efficient. We just had a major deck refurbishment and Elite's work team was fantastic. For the quality of work, the price was very fair. We had two upper decks on each side of a sunroom and a smaller, lower deck for stairs down to the back yard. The old deck was 20+ years old but the beams and joists were in fairly good shape. Elite did end up replacing about 10% of the upper decks joists and they essentially redid the lower deck joist structure. The work was extremely professional and when there were any question, they brought it to my attention for a discussed decision. ~ William G

Elite Decks and Patios did an AMAZING job from start to finish! Richard and Aaron spent time listening to my vision and creating the plan to replace our old wood deck with an expanded TREX deck with a screened-in room. Bonus thank you to Aaron for hand drawing various designs for the interior wall of the room until it was perfect! The batten board gives the room a completely different feel than regular siding would. Elite Decks and Patios did an AMAZING job on our deck, patio and fence. They were great to work with. The quote was straightforward and easy to understand. They were extremely responsive when we had questions from the HOA (or on any other matter). Once the project got underway, they were extremely receptive to any questions we had. We made some tweaks and changes along the way, and they were always happy to accommodate what we wanted. We are in a newly built neighborhood with lots of other decks, fences and patios going in at our neighbors’ houses. With Elite, our project was done before others around us who had initiated their projects weeks ahead of us. The crews were very respectful of our yard and our neighbors’ yards. Materials were also kept neat and out of sight, never cluttered on the street or left in our driveway. Everyone was extremely professional from start to finish. Aaron and Richard just completed my deck. It took their workers one day to dig the holes and pour the concrete base for the structural posts, one day to install the framing, and one day to complete the decking and railings. The workers were very professional and even power washed the decking after finishing. Aaron is a straight shooter and told me exactly what and when to expect to finish the job. Both Aaron and Richard were very prompt in responding to my questions. Their workmanship is excellent, and their price was reasonable. My husband and I recently had our patio installed by Elite Decks and Patios. We were thoroughly impressed with Richard and his team's exceptional quality of work. Richard took the time to explain the entire process. I had specific preferences for how I wanted the layout, and I was pleased with Richard's quick responses to my calls and emails. Richard has great energy and knows his stuff, and his crew was very professional and efficient, completing the job in 3 days. We previously contacted two other companies for estimates, but both gave us start dates over a month or two away. Richard was able to start within a week and helped complete our HOA request. He installed our porcelain pavers over 4 inches of concrete, which looks beautiful and feels solid. We have a small, awkward yard with a dramatic slope toward the back, and it's fenced-in, making it a bit challenging, but his team navigated and figured out a way to bring the concrete in and lay our 24inx48in pavers. We are beyond thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend Elite Decks and Patios. ~ Shannon O

Elite Decks and Patios did a fabulous job on my deck! The crew and workmanship were top notch. They took extra care as to not rip up my lawn by laying down plywood boards to walk on. They started on time and finished as scheduled. They cleaned the deck, patio furniture and disposed of all leftover material throughout the yard. I had my deck done over 2 years ago and it is holding up so well still like brand new. I wish I could post a picture it does not allow me. Fantastic work. Cheapest price. Quick. All small details are accounted for: ground compacting, water drain, step lights, etc. Consulted with me about small measurement details before the work. Assembled gazebo for me and attached it to the patio. Minimal impact on my lawn. ~ Timofey N
